I was trying to put my old cd player back in and it won't turn on. I can hear it moving inside the tape deck but it will not turn on. There is a factory amp that runs before the cd player. Could that be bad enough to cause just that wire to not get enough volts or is it something else?
97 Toyota t100 stereo accessory wire only getting 3 volts.?
