My driver's door handle doesn't work inside the car, but the outside handle, door locks, and everything else DOES work.
I just got both handles replaced, but for whatever reason, the interior handle doesn't open. A car repair shop told me I need a new door latch (very expensive). So I checked Ebay (a little cheaper) but I'm not sure that's even the right part.
Has anyone had a similar problem? Would the door latch make my interior door handle work? I am not having a problem putting my key in my car door, unlocking the car or locking it from the inside. I just can't open the freakin' door from inside (which will be very frustrating as it gets colder).
Any serious help/suggestions appreciated. Thanks!
