ok first off its a 4 cyl my sister just bought it It cranks realy strong just wont catch i figured it might have frozen fuel lines because its been sitting in cold temps for a while I warmed it up and eventually it did start I let it run for a half hour then an hour later it wouldnt start again I checked for spark that seems ok but when i pulled the plug wire there was a little oil on 2 of the plugs I pulled them out and wiped them off still nothing I need help its about 20 degrees outside and I am getting frustrated
