97 jeep cherokee heater not warm enough?

had an issue with the vacume line before so it would only blow through defrost i found the vacume line and fixed it and lo and behold my cruise control worked as well as the vents but i still cant figure out why its not as hot as it should be, my old jeep used to be hot after a block of driving but this one isnt as warm any ideas?
