97 honda civic power loss?

I have a 97 honda civic dx with right under 200K miles on it. Last month was still running strong, accelerating good, changing gears smooth. I use to be able to peel out at a red light when it turned green without reving up the engine. Now it just seems like when i try, it takes off slow and it dont want to accelerate the way it was a month ago. Can anyone tell me why its doing that all of sudden? im good with tune ups, i change everything from oil to air filter to spark plugs to fuel filter. what could it be?

its a civic i have yet to see one go over 50km/h in my city, they are all garbage, if you want a ballsy car get something wtih a v8 not something with only half an engine

If it's an automatic the trans may need servicing.

maybe engine sludge? did you change oils? or maybe the injector has a problem or maybe a piston isn't cranking
