It could only be a blown fuse. Check it first. If the fuse is okay, check for loose wiring connection. If its still okay, then it might be your fan motor fails. Hope this helps!
try looking at your fuses one should say blower motor that might be popped. if that don't fix the problem the blower motor is normally under the glove box on the drivers side mine was 4 bolts easy change
