97 Ford Taurus making wierd noise when I turn the wheel to the right?

It just recently started getting cold so I dont know if that what it is, but last night my taurus made an old "creeking" sound when I turned the wheel to the right. Almost like old metal hinges make when they need some greasing..I checked my power steering fluid and its fine..what else could it be and how do I fix it!!

Outer tie rod ends, most likely. Next weakest link would be the ball joint.

could be ball joints or tie rod ends, these are grease less so they could just be worn out.
