We recently took my wife's 97 dodge stratus in to be tested because it will randomly decide to not start. You can turn the engine over but it wont start. We have been able to jump start the car off a larger vehicle (Diesel Ford Excursion) engine in the past but not off of regular cars. The tests said the wiring, starter, and battery were all fine and that they did not know why the engine would have starting trouble. The car becomes especially difficult to start in the colder windier weather. Any suggestions of where to look to next or what part to check?
