I have an automatic 97 dodge neon that has been nothing but trouble since I bought it in July. Last month, I got it inspected and had to fix the tire rod ends and the front motor mount (it was cracked and the radiator was pushing against the frame of the car ready to break at any moment). Now, my transmission fluid is leaking in massive amounts. What are my possibilities of what this could be? I'm planning to get under the vehicle today and look and see... I'd just like to get an idea of what I'm looking for before I crawl under it.
I also haven't run over anything or went through dirt... but, it does have a burn smell to the transmission
