97 dodge neon, tail lights wont turn off..?

Just got home today and i noticed that my tail lights wont turn off, also when i tryed to find a fuse to temporaily turn off the tail lights i could not find a corresponding fuse..

Any advice or imput much apreciated..
 
For this your going to have to basicly lay in the floor board of the drivers side. Look up near the brake peddle, there should be a small clip holding a switch onto it, when you press the brake this pushes the swich and activates the tail lights. Its probably either broken or has fallen out of the clip.
