my intrepid was stuck in 2nd gear then i unplugged the battery to reset the computer and it was running and shifting fine, but if i drive now with the headlights on the window wipers go off by there self and the speedometer goes crazy and its breaks by its self and is basically un drivable but only when the head lights are on... and ideas?
