97 dodge grand caravan has a idle misfire and does not pass smog need help for mom ?

i have changed plugs wires fuel injectors fuel filters oil o2sensor but still has a steady Miss at idle can here thru exhaust a flutter pop sound have to smog by idle test for where i live any MOPAR GUYS have an answer for me thanks have to smog this month . 78 dodges thanks guys and gals
