Ok, code P1351 is for the timing control. there is a problem either with the white wire between the ignition control module and power control module, or the ignition control module itself, or the power control module. it only controls timing. it will run without this signal. I would check this code out first, this may being causing the P0300 misfire code. take a good look at the two wire connector at the ignition module. see quite of few of these that the wire will break inside the insulation. you will need to pull on this wire a little and see if tears apart.
