I have a 97 ford mondeo Ghia X and it will not start when you turn the key all you get is a clicking noise eventually after 5-10 minutes it will turn over although now it is struggling to do that, we have tried a new battery and fitted a new starter motor still no solution. although when you turn the key sometimes the windscreen wipers come on and the horn fails so could this be an electrical fault if any one could help i would be extremly grateful as i just don't know anymore PLEASE HELP ME ???????
