96 to 103 Upgrade

Is the 96 to 103 Upgrade on a SG something I can do, or is this a Dealer only upgrade.

Some Background on work in my Dyna/Evo: I changed Cylinder Base Gaskets, changed the Cam, added adjustable pushrods, Changed the final drive belt, Re-jetted the Carb as required as I made various changes over the years.

I know a PC-V or similar is needed as part of the 203 upgrade.

So this this something I can do myself?
Working on the bike is cheaper than seeing a therapist.

The 103 upgrade kit from Harley is straight forward. You can do it. Make sure you follow the instructions in the service manual faithfully. Take your time. When in doubt ask.
