im lookin at buying a bike a 96 kawasaki ninja zx9r, the guy said it leaks oil. he said he pulled out a safety neutral plug or something, and from then on out its leaked about a half a quart of oil every month, he said someone mention to him about getting tube threading, or something. Is there a cheap fix for this problem?
