96 jeep grand cherokee?

pump nozzle clicks off, cant get a good position for it. If I pump it maanually, the gas wiill back up and began pouring out and down the side of the vehicle. Looks like there may be a ciphen block or gasket in there, how do i fix this?
 
try and get a fuel injection cleaner..or maybe the tank is full and u are putting to much gas in..stop by a garage..they can probably take a look for free and if it needs to be fixed..go somewhere where cheap..unless u have a regular garage..then take it there..but try the fuel injection cleaner first...
