We have a '96 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited that will turn on, but it doesn't move when put in Drive or Reverse. The engine will rev and the RPMs will go up on the dashboard, but there is no movement whatsoever. What does this sound like to you? Faulty transmission? We had the transmission rebuilt just under 2 years ago, so did it go bad again already?! It's not one of our primary cars, and we don't really *need* it, but my husband likes to drive it when he goes to inspect job sites and construction sites so he doesn't have to drive his nice car into such a dirty area, so it would be nice to have it fixed.
