...the handlebars wont move,what c? I have a 96 honda xr 100 or 100r , The throttle or the GAS on the handlebars wont move,what could I be? The bike has been sitting for a year. It also needs a carb flush. Do I just go get a bottle of carb spray and try changin the plug?I took the rims off to go have some rubber mounted while I wait to see how I can get this thing running
