96 Ford Aspire squeaky belt?

I think one of the pulleys bearings might be going out. Cause its keeping the belt from moving.It might be the lower crank shaft pulley? It seems to wobble when i start the car. How easy is it to replace? Is there anything i need to know before i start this project?
 
It would not be the crank pulley. I am not saying it is not bad but not the problem. A pulley, such as an idler pulley, water pump pulley, alternater, A/C, smog, or the like could be the problem.
The belt can be taken off and the pulleys checked to see where the problem is.
