runs fine for about 2 to 4 miles then runs rough like it is running out of fuel which it isnt.i shift to neutral and cut engine off then turn key on for a few seconds then it runs fine for a few more mileswhen i restart.itdoes this over and over again.it has a new filter and a supposed [i dont know] new pump.
