it warms up.? has done it three times in last month or so. could it be fuel pump, filter, or dirty injectors?
truck has 195,000 miles with factory plugs and wires. runs great and onlt misses depending on where i get fuel. i think fuel because thats what it seems like. now that it was brought up no spark makes sense also.

its not impossible for it to be a fuel pump but what is it that makes you believe no fuel? this sounds like an ignition problem to me and probably the cap and rotor, the distributor cap design on those motors is poor and after time they will get moisture in them preventing the motor from starting until it gets warm enough to dry up the cap, if you believe it is no fuel pressure have it tested but if you have proper pressure pull the cap and take a look, im guessing you will see all sorts of corrosion
