the problem i think is because this phone says phone blocked and cant plompt for code to unlock any solution please

iv read my 9520 berry codes but when i try to enter my network code,it says
sim...disabled
network...blocked
network subset...disabled
can anybody explain to me why the net is blocked and how to solve it?

It means that they have used all code enter attempts on this unit. It's hardlocked and no free solution is available.
Bring it to a shop that supports that type of issue.
