I have a 95 Toyota Corolla Automatic. Sometimes when I start my car after already driving it (warm engine), I can hear the car turning over and the ignition but the engine turns on very weakly. It maintains an idle but very weakly and I have to step on the accelerator to make the engine run stronger. Or I have to turn it off and try it again because the engine stops running at idle. What do you think the problem is? This only happens sometimes, like once every 4 starts in a couple of days and when it happens it happens 2-3 times before I can get it to run properly. Would a clogged fuel filter be the problem and how should I go about fixing this?
