'95 Pontiac Firebird...?

a cam will make it sound aggressive and only cost a few hundred dollars. after that headers and straight pipes
 
i'm getting a 95 firebird, i have a budget of about 5-600 dollars after i buy it, what should i buy to make it (sound) fast? i don't really need speed, these things are already fast i wanna make it sound fast though :)
