95 mazda mx6 wont stat new starter?

replaced the starter and wont start need help plz
srry forgot new battery and it wont turn over but things like clock and radio work
 
Get a battery brush at auto store. Remove battery terminals and clean terminals and battery posts till they shine. Should solve the problem
 
Check the battery? check the alternator? Is the engine turning over? Not enough information, sorry
