95 Jeep Wrangler - When my headlights are OFF my right turn signal causes both...

...turn signals to activate and? whenever I depress the brake the parking lights come on. When the headlights are ON the right turn signal turns on but doesn't blink and the center brake light over my spare is always on.

Where's the problem at?
