ok so this fool that had my 95 civic before me attempted to do a halfway wire tuck on it. he moved the fuse panel box thats located under the hood by the battery to under the floormat by the ECU. but its a cluster **** of wires just everwhere under there. my question is do i need to purchase a new engine harness or is there another harness that connects somewhere that goes to that fuse block also that i need to replace the cabin harness or something? im confused on if i just should need a new engine harness to relocate it back to the engine bay. its a mess the wires been cut and put back together.
