95 honda accord problems?

I have a 95 honda is driving me crazy.. when i turn my car on the RPMS never goes up like it used to wen it was cold. The RPMS stay down never reaches 1 thousand number and if i put the a.c the RPMS just drop to 0 and the lights start turnig on the dash board and something is sucking the juice out of the battery... HELP!!!! is it electrical or the what..
 
Could be a bad alternator. If it isn't properly recharging the battery, you won't get the power the car is designed to have. You should be able to get a mechanic to look at it free of charge somewhere. I wouldn't let it wait for too long though. If it is an alternator, it can ruin your battery over time if it isn't working properly.
