95 Ford F-150 What is wrong with my brakes?

I recently replaced my front and rear brake lines on my 95 Ford F-150. I can not get my brakes to tighten. It has front disc brakes and rear drums. I bleed them numerous times and cannot get them working again. What is wrong with this thing, or what did I do wrong???!
 
they have to still have air in the lines plus you have to drive for a minute and let brake fluid circulate and then continue to add more to full you must hold them to the floor and then pump them several times to get air out.
