95 dodge avenger hesitates?

i have a 95' avenger...it started off as hesitating a little in 5th gear now it non-stop hesitates in all gears and it surges once in a while..when i cleaned the crankshaft sensor it had oil in it i guess from a previouse leak and it actually helped it ran great for a week...also if i clean the 02 sensor it helps i replaced the fuel filter wires and plugs fuel pump a year ago i had the computer on it it said a p0410 code when i went to replace the part my car didnt have it i have an egr valve but that is new....now i have a new code p0412 and only that code so im not sure what to do anymore...please help!!!

you need to check the throttle position sensor on it because you get a code for something doesn't mean that's always the problem, a bad throttle position sensor will cause the problem your having with it,good luck.
