95 chevy S-10 SS, When i use my turn signal my hazards turn on why?

I have a 95 Chevrolet S-10 SS- I recent purchased it and didn't notice the problem before hand, When I turn on my head lights my right blinker doesnt work? but it does with my headlights off? and when i use any turn signal my hazards flash? Whats going on do i have some serious wiring problems to figure out?
