95 celica gt is my car help me plz?

okay on the bottom left side under the steering wheel there is a switch that says on and off i have no clue what it is. if you know plz tell me :) it would really help me out since im fixing my car now
 
since you don't know what it does leave it in the off position until everything is fixed that you know what it does. if the cars works perfect with whatever it is in the off position, then leave it off and call a professional to come tell you what it is.
