94 Toyota Corolla won't take the throttle !?

Went to change the valve stem seals and the head gasket and put the car back together but now the car won't take the throttle... any ideas would be much appreciated... Thanks in advance !
I didn't have to take off the throttle, throttle was fine till the other parts wer fixed...

Oh and the spark plugs are covered in a black suit.... :(
 
I bet you have a MAJOR vacuum leak somewhere. If you can't hear it ,then also try the vacuum hoses not being in the correct spot.
