94 TOYOTA CAMRY WILL NOT START OR TRY TO TURN OVER?

I have a 94 toyota camry and i just replaced the timing belt and water pump. A couple of days ago i hit a curb and bust my radiator that same day i got it replaced. Now my car starts when it wants to some one said it may be my starer or the starter wires and i just may need to tap it or something. I know i need a new battery but everything comes on it just dont want to start.
It just make a small click noise and i dont know where the starter os located that whaut im trying to find out
 
alternator may not be keeping the battery charged strong enough to start now that the weather is getting cooler,even if lights work,or simply may need new battery,local parts stores will check both in hopes of selling you the new part.
