94 toyota camry le 4 cylinder 175000 mi. Failed smog test twice I don't qualify for cap program since I am transferring into my name. Check engine light is on got codes 25 and 26 so it's running rich and lean. Car shakes and Runs rough idle and running ancd it is misfiring. I can smell gas comin from the rear of the car. Now i'm having a hard time starting the engine I have to pump / rev on gas to get rpms up just for engine to stay on. I'm running out of time to pass smog. I changed spark plugs and wires air filter...someone told me to change the fuel filter since I occasionally run my car on e or with the fuel light on. What could my problem ne and how can I fix it so I pass smog?
