94 Ford Ranger No Start.?

4 day ago truck was started, ran about 1 minute and died, will not run.

Has spark, will not turn on fuel pump relay. Jumped the fuel pump relay and pump works fine. Still no start. The PCM will not run the pump or the injectors.

What sensor(s) could cause this no start condition?
Yes, checked for codes (KOEO) my scanner said no connection to DCL, but also no "Check Engine" lamp either.

Ran "Wiggle" check, test was fine.
Yes all fuses are good.
 
Shut off switch built in the truck, most time located on passanger side under glove box side kicker panel, read owner mauel to find out where its out.
