94 dodge caravan starts up in morning very rough?

rich smell in gas and after a few minutes of reving it up it runs great then drive it and it stalls then starts back up but runs rough and have to fight with throttle till it runs smooth agian what could possibly be the reason please help thank you
 
I will tell you a few could be' s injecters dirty, could be plugged air filter, the throttle body needs cleaning inside of the bore , idle speed motor dirty . Plugs fouled , o2 sensor not switching. Take you van to a garage to check for codes.
