9300 damaged hinge

1. Is it possible to get a spare hinge (I'd need the upper one) for the 9300 anywhere?
2. How likely it is to get a bended hinge covered by the warranty?
 
Unless you know how to repair the hinge, do not try to do it yourself. Have it replaced, or at least bring it in to a Nokia care center.
