J johnrambo New member Jul 14, 2009 #1 i have a 93 toyota 4runner and sometimes when i get into the truck the key wont move past lock and i have to wiggle it around until it moves. it has been from taking ten mintues to move to taking two hours. i dont get it. wd40? or new cylinder?

B branden s New member Jul 14, 2009 #2 I have a 1994 4runner and mine dose the same thing it is your steering wheel lock. All you have to do is shack the steering wheel back and forth.

T Tamarrai S New member Jul 14, 2009 #3 Maybe your steering wheel is locking up. My '96 Ford Explorer does it all the time. Just jiggle the wheel as your turning the key.
