93 Mazda MX6 automatic shifter question!!!?

Hi, I just bought a used automatic mx6 recently and would like to know more about the second button on the shifter itself!!! I'm talking about a small button right under the bigger button that you press to shift gears.

So please help me out 'cause I've just begun to learn about this car!!!
