93 Jeep Wrangler Help Please.......?

I have a 93 Jeep Wrangler that just started making a noise last night. Its been lifted 3". On the way home it started making this knocking noise from the transmission, I believe. It gets faster as the rpm's go up and slower accordingly. It makes the noise in all 5 forward gears but not in reverse. It also quits when I am coasting and have the clutch pressed in.

Any Help would be very much appreciated.
