Ok, so i have a 93 ford explorer sport. Its a manual, and whenever i try turning it on it clicks on the passenger side of the engine under the fuse box. This has happened multiple times before, but the other times i was able to have someone pull it on a hill and just pop the clutch and it would run fine. But now i dont have access to anyone to help me with that. Besides that, i checked the battery had it tested and charged and changed the top post connections, and that still doesnt help. Could this be an alternator problem? Or could it be the safety on the clutch? The vehicle gets power when you turn the key down and hold the clutch in, but it just makes a clicking sound. So if im able to pop the clutch occasionally, does this sound like a serious problem?
