...replace it or let it be? I've got a 93 ford escort with an intermittent leak from what appears to be the Thermostat housing gasket. I've already got the parts to replace it, but I was considering returning them since it's not a BAD leak (I know, any leak is bad). I was filling my radiator about every time I went anywhere until I put some Bar's stop leak in it. Now it's only leaking a little.
Basically, should I replace it now and get it over with or should I just let it be? do you think a small leak is going to effect much? Also, if I were to go on a long trip, do you think that would be bad?
