93 Dodge Caravan SE Wheel Noise?

Thanks for taking the time to read and answer this question first off.

Secondly , my van started making a noise on the driver side front wheel. Sounds and feels like grind , nothing , grind , nothing and as you accelerate the grinding noise gets faster. But also in a way the grinding sounds wobbley. (not the tire its self)...

The boot on the CV shaft has been checked with no grease leaks or tears and I haven't taken the tire off yet but I am wondering if this sounds more like a brake pad , rotor , or wheel bearing issue ?? Or is there something else I might possibly need to look at also ??
 
Sounds like the wheel bearing but take a good look at the brakes too.
