93 chrysler lebaron has no power?

My car has no pick up at all, I just got it and because it ran so bad gave it a tune up
plugs,wires,cap,rotor,air and oil filter, and an oil change...no change except it sounds better
then I thought perhaps it was a clogged catalytic converter $100 later...no change except it's quieter
I can't keep spending money and hoping
some body please help!

maybe the timing is off just a hair. or the air filter might be clogged and it can,t breathe.

sounds like the ignition timing or the valve timing (timing belt may have jumped a tooth off) or the fuel filter could be plugged.
