I have a 1992 Toyota Tercel, everything seems to be running fine. The engine light has never been on, but I do know that there are holes in the exhaust rather more near the filter (if that makes sense?). It didn't pass smog it was too high on HC and CO in both idle and highspeed. Help!!!! What can I do so it will pass the emissions test?
