'92 Toyota Camry Repair?

I came across this ad for a fairly cheap car.

"4new tires and stock rims on it new battrey and starter the windshield has a crack but not to bad the interier is good shape the car does run pretty good oh and the car needs front elimment also thats it if interested I might go down seirs buyers only wanting to sale by morning first come first serve."

So, my question is, I'm guessing he's talking about it needs a "front element", but what is that and how expensive is it? I used to work for Toyota years ago, and I don't ever recall hearing anything about a front element before.....

You probably mean a front end alignment and not a "front element". An alignment just means that the front and back wheels are in a straight line so that the car doesn't pull to either direction when the steering wheel is in the straight forward position. A wheel alignment will cost you about $100 to $150 depending on what part of the country you live in.
