my key broke off in the ignition a few weeks ago. i had to take the ignition out and take it to a locksmith to have fixed. they had to drill out the pins to take it apart, but they did get the key out. however whenever i put the ignition back into my car it seemed to think the key was in it when it wasn't. it would make the buzzing noise when the door was open and my gauge lights are on all the time. how can i fix this?
