92 jeep camanchee. When I turn the key it turns over but won't fire up. What

could it be? Could it be the altanator? Or the battery is not cranking it with enough amps? I know it has gas in it. Just had a tune up. Any ideas? Thank you for your help.
Also none of the lights work or anything. It also has a alarm system that locks all the doors and traps you in the truck. Kinda funny :)
 
If it turns over , its not the alternator or battery. Jeeps are bad for the crank position sensor going bad. You need to check to see if it has fire at the spark plugs. Cars only need Fuel,Fire and compression to start up, so it must be missing one of these components.
